This time last year, the thought of writing this newsletter felt like a distant dream. But here we are — closing out one of the most exciting, nerve-wracking, and rewarding years in LITOOC’s history. Since January, we’ve relaunched our Extendable 2.0 collection (and yes, it is that good), expanded into the UK and Sweden (hello, logistics!), and ventured into crowdfunding in Taiwan with Zeczec.
Not to mention, we kicked off production trials at our Latvia workshop, a huge step toward full in-house production. Some of our bespoke clients have already had their pieces made in Europe by Janis, as part of this exciting new phase.
We also hit a major milestone in Taiwan by signing a new lease for a central warehouse in Taichung! After a year of running operations there, we’re now settling into a more prominent space, laying down a strong foundation, and gearing up for an even bigger year ahead in 2025.
And then, there’s the Dane Collection—our first-ever collaboration with Danish design studio, launching in 2025. Think of it as a love letter to craftsmanship, blending our signature solid wood designs with a chic Nordic twist. We can’t wait for you to see it.
None of this would have been possible without you. Whether you’ve purchased from us, recommended our work, or even just liked our Instagram posts, your support has carried us through this whirlwind of a year. Your trust inspires us to dream bigger, work harder, and create pieces that transform not just spaces—but lives.
So, what’s next? 2025 is already shaping up to be another exciting year:
- We’ll fully transition our Latvia workshop into a production powerhouse.
- We’ll expand our Extendable series with even more thoughtful innovations.
- Dane Collection will launch this month (sign up for the VIP access) if you haven’t yet). Full collection previews and deliveries will be available in January — thanks to Gensen, who spent Christmas in the factory for final inspections!
- We’ll further strengthen our presence in Taiwan, thanks to the new Taichung base.
- And, of course, we’re excited to connect with even more of you—hopefully, more in-person events.
Whether you’ve been with us from the start or just joined us this year, we want you to know how much your support means.
