Your health is as important as the design. Every bespoke piece is finished with 0% VOC wood oil from Rubio Monocoat. Even our wood glues meet the strictest European safety standards, ensuring the furniture you bring into your space is free from harmful emissions.
How We Work
1. Start Here – Share Your Ideas
Before we chat, tell us a little about what you have in mind! Fill out our short form to share your design ideas, preferred materials, and contact details. Based on this, we’ll provide an initial estimate tailored to your needs.
2. Design Consultation – Let’s Talk Details
Once your estimate looks good, we’ll set up a free consultation to better understand your space, needs, and personal style. This is where we fine-tune the details—materials, functionality, and dimensions—so we can craft the perfect piece for you.
3. Design Concept - Visualizing Your Piece
After confirming your project with a deposit, we’ll create 3D design drawings based on our discussions. You’ll receive these within 2 weeks, and we’ll refine them with your feedback to ensure everything is just right before moving forward.
4. Production - Bringing It to Life
Once the design is approved, our expert carpenters — whether in Hong Kong or Europe — begin crafting your piece. Production typically takes up to 6-10 weeks, and once it’s ready, we’ll arrange delivery and installation at your convenience.
5. Grace Period & Free Maintenance
We offer something no other brand does: a FREE one-time maintenance service within 30 days of delivery. Solid wood naturally adapts to its surroundings, and we’ll make sure your piece settles perfectly into your home. It’s our way of ensuring everything stays as beautiful as the day it arrived.
