Materials Made for Hong Kong’s Climate
- Our standard is imported moisture-resistant plywood (MR / BWP-grade), ENF-grade and laminated. Cross-laminated, so it holds screws firmly and keeps its shape for decades. It is the highest grade most of our clients will ever need.
- For a European standard throughout, we build in EGGER. Made in Europe to EU standard, with laser-sealed edges: no visible glue line, no seam for moisture to find, and the same finish on every panel. It is what we recommend to clients who want the strictest VOC standard and the reassurance of European manufacture.
Both are imported and graded for a humid climate. Neither is the unmarked board that swells in a Hong Kong summer.
Safety You Can Breathe
Whichever material you choose, we hold it to the highest formaldehyde standard available for it. Our standard board is ENF-grade, under half the E0 limit. EGGER is manufactured to EU standard. Nothing we build comes from unrated board.
Finishes are EU-standard PU coatings, EGGER melamine, or food-safe oil. Safe to live with from the day we hand over.
Precision Hardware
Hinges, runners and lifts come from Blum in Austria and Grass, Hettich and Häfele in Germany. Each is tested to 200,000 open-and-close cycles, which is a drawer opened ten times a day for fifty years.

A date in writing
Production takes 45 to 60 days from the day you sign off the design, and you have your installation schedule that same day.

The people who fit your built-in work for us, not for a subcontractor. They have seen the drawings since day one.

A one-year structural warranty
Every built-in we make is covered for a year against structural defects in our materials and workmanship. If something is not right, you call us, not a contractor.
How It Works
1. First meeting
We sit down with you to understand the space, what you need from it, and your budget, and we give you a quotation.
2. Confirmation and site measurement
Once you confirm, your project has a place in our schedule and our team measures your space to the millimetre. Every drawing that follows is built on those numbers.
3. Design and sign-off
You receive drawings that name the board, the hardware and the finish for every piece. When you sign off the design, the 45–60 day clock starts.
4. Fabrication (45–60 days)
Every component is produced under our own design supervision and inspected before it leaves the workshop.
5. Installation
Our installers fit the piece and hand over a clean site. Your one-year structural warranty starts here.

How long does a built-in take?
45 to 60 days of production from the day you sign off the design, then installation. You have the schedule in writing before production starts.
Will you take on just one wardrobe?
Yes, gladly. We keep a set number of places each month for single-piece and small-scope work alongside our larger projects, so it is worth asking early.
Plywood or EGGER, which should I choose?
Our standard build uses ENF-grade moisture-resistant plywood, which is the highest grade most clients will ever need. If you want the strictest VOC standard available and the reassurance of European manufacture throughout, choose EGGER. We will show you both at the studio so you can decide by touch, not by spec sheet.
What formaldehyde grade do you use?
The strictest available for whichever material you choose. Our standard board is ENF-grade, under half the E0 limit. EGGER is manufactured to EU standard. Either way, you are not breathing in a compromise.
How does the quotation work?
We meet first to understand your space and requirements, and give you a quotation. Once you confirm, we measure on site and produce the design. You sign off the drawings, and production begins.
Can I see the materials before I decide?
Yes. Our studio is open Wednesday to Saturday, by appointment.
