Guided by the visionary leadership of Gensen, LITOOC has earned the trust and admiration of clients worldwide. Renowned for his award-winning designs, Gensen’s journey began with formal training in aero-engineering and industrial engineering, fostering a deep appreciation for German precision and craftsmanship. With over two decades of experience managing production lines and quality control in European factories, he has cultivated an exceptional standard of attention to detail. Wood is our language. We source premium timber from Europe and North America, carefully kiln-dried to ensure stability for decades. We help you navigate the choices between species and grains to ensure the piece you invest in is truly built to endure.

Your health is as important as the design. Every bespoke piece is finished with 0% VOC wood oil from Rubio Monocoat. Even our wood glues meet the strictest European safety standards, ensuring the furniture you bring into your space is free from harmful emissions.

生產
一旦設計獲得批准，我們的木匠就會將這件作品變成現實，產品完成後，將根據您的時間表預訂交付和安裝。
恩典維護
收到設計後，請按照護理指南進行定期護理，避免陽光直射並保持平均濕度，那麼您應該得到良好的照顧。然而，實木家具在不同的溫度和濕度下會膨脹和收縮。如果您遇到木頭開裂、五金件鬆動等情況，我們在自收貨之日起30天內提供免費的一次性維修服務。請注意，正常磨損（即：刮痕、污漬和污垢）不包括在內。
