Dear friends,
A decade has passed since LITOOC’s beginning—a span of late nights, countless lessons, and the pursuit of something lasting and real. How has everyone been?
As for me, I’m still here, grounded in this city, working and living with quiet resolve, moving steadily toward the dreams that have grown to be part of who I am.
From 2014, when I was 25, to today at 35, LITOOC has evolved from a vision into something I can’t imagine my life without. Recently, I began sharing our story on Threads (@litooc) in small glimpses—from our first 800-square-foot studio in Tsuen Wan, to our store in Taiwan, our workshop and office in Hong Kong, and our factory in Eastern Europe.
Over the years, what began as the passionate efforts of just two people has grown into a team that stands strong and speaks with purpose:
- Hong Kong Office: Our powerhouse, led by me, Trazi, and Mia, based in Sweden, overseeing sales, customer support, and brand strategy and growth.
- Hong Kong Workshop: Run by Gensen and Lee, specializing in custom solid wood furniture, floor restoration, furniture repairs, and our newly launched built-in furniture service.
- Eastern Europe Factory: Headed by Gensen and Janis—a creative hub for complex R&D projects, European client support, and new series development and sampling.
- Taichung Flagship: Managed by Air, who oversees daily operations and drives brand growth in Taiwan.
Together, we bring LITOOC’s vision to life, each contributing a unique strength to the journey.
Ten years ago, like Yoda famously said, “Do. Or do not. There is no try,” I threw myself into every detail with the passion of a perfectionist, seeing no limits, convinced that hard work would resolve any obstacle. That relentless dedication gave LITOOC its foundation, a place of trust and craftsmanship. I thought it would get easier, but life keeps unfolding, and every stage brings new challenges. Looking back, I want to tell my younger self, “You made it through.” I’m still here, albeit softened and refined. I’ve come to understand that what truly matters is a healthy body and mind, and the deeply enriching connections we cultivate. LITOOC has gifted me this precious insight.
As we celebrate a decade, I’m profoundly grateful for all of you who’ve shared this journey. Here’s to the next ten years—crafting authenticity in a beautifully chaotic world, creating meaning together in every piece.

十年了，大家一切都好嗎？我仍然安好，依然在這座城市裡工作、生活，實現著心中的夢想。
從 2014 年我 25 歲；到現在 35 歲，LITOOC 已經成為我生命中不可或缺的一部分。最近我在 Threads@litooc 上分享了我們的故事點滴，記錄這一路走來的過程，從最初位於荃灣 800 ft office，到如今的台灣門市、香港 Powerhouse&Workshop，還有在東歐工廠，每一步都滿載著我們的心血。
這一路由二人的瞎子摸象，變成一個來自世界的團隊：
- 香港Powerhouse：由我 Trazi 與 Mia (Based in Stockholm) 負責銷售、客服以及品牌策略與發展。
- 香港Workshop：由 Gensen 與 Lee 負責，專注於訂製實木家具、地板翻新、家具維修以及最新的入牆家具服務。
- 台中Flagship：由 Air 經營，掌管日常營運，推動 LITOOC 在台灣的品牌發展。
- 東歐工廠：由 Gensen 與 Janis 領導，成為研發的創意基地，支持歐洲客戶需求，並進行新系列的開發與樣品製作。
十年前，我像尢達大師所說：Do. Or do not. There is no try，以蠻力將完美主義的偏執發揮到極致，眼裡無所不可能，一切困難不過是努力不夠。那份堅持成為 LITOOC 的根基注入了信心及工藝的靈魂。我以為品牌發展起來，一切會變得更為輕鬆。但現實是沒有比較容易，每個階段都是新的挑戰，日子都是滿途荊棘。但不同的是現在風風火火的日常中，多了一班同頻夥伴願意一起前行。十年創業之路艱難而孤獨，如果你也在經歷痛苦，連自己都懷疑人生時，跟自己喊話一下 Just suck it up。你只有自己能依靠，所以必須相信自己。
現在我的成長了，不認還需認，人生真正重要的是健康的身體和心態，以及與人之間深度而滋養心靈的關係。這是我現在的動力，也是 LITOOC 這十年帶給我的珍貴的收穫。
